What a first meeting looks like.
So you know what you're walking into, and what will and won't be asked of you.
01
You bring one real case
A cohort or a study that's currently painful to work through or to defend. No preparation needed. We'd rather see the mess than a tidied version.
02
We look at it together
A demonstration on the built workspace, against your situation rather than a generic tour. About an hour.
03
Fit, or no fit
If it fits we scope a paid pilot, with success criteria written down by both sides before it starts. If it doesn't, we'll say so on the call.
No NDA needed for a first conversation. No data has to move for a
demonstration.
Nothing is asked of you beyond the hour until there's something concrete to scope.
The measurement commitment
The protocol, published before the result.
Every pilot is measured the same way, on five things, recorded at the start and at the close. The criteria are agreed in writing before any work begins, so the pilot ends with an answer rather than an impression.
01
Review-cycle time per deliverable
02
Clarification rounds between bench and bioinformatics, per study
03
Expert hours per deliverable
04
Figure-to-source traceability
05
Share of review conducted inside the workspace
Measured on your own work, not on a demo dataset.
You keep the measurements
whatever the pilot concludes.

Start with your own data.
We can work from your existing pipeline outputs, in your infrastructure. We can sign an NDA before anything is shared.
